Shayne Robinson is a partner at PGS Law. He joined the firm in June 2010 as an articling student, after receiving his law degree from the University of Victoria and became an associate in 2011 and a partner in 2020.  He currently represents clients in both provincial and supreme court proceedings and has represented clients at 26 different court locations throughout British Columbia. Shayne has numerous clients in the Northern Peace region and acts as Family Duty Counsel in Fort St. John and Dawson Creek. He strongly believes that people in rural communities should have the same access to legal resources as those who live in urban environments.

Shayne has a background of advocacy work and has volunteered and worked with non profit agencies, student groups, and civil rights groups. He understands that nothing is more important to his clients than their children and he prides himself on his ability to ensure that they get the best results possible to ensure that the needs and rights of their Children are protected.

Shayne is the father of a little girl and the step-father of two young boys. He spends most of his spare time being a heartbroken Blue Jays fan and taking the Children to CFL games as a B.C Lions season ticket holder. Shayne is engaged to a fellow family lawyer and is looking forward to a lifetime of debating the accuracy of the questions on Jeopardy.
