Ms. Kulusic is a partner lawyer at PGS Law. She joined the firm in February 2011 after articling and working as an associate lawyer in a boutique law firm in Victoria, B.C. It is at PGS Law where Ms. Kulusic has truly honed her skills and mastered the art of effective advocacy.
Ms. Kulusic focuses her practice on family, child protection and adoptions. In addition, Ms. Kulusic has represented individuals charged with: mischief, theft, robbery, assault, fraud, sexual assault, weapons possession and drug offences. Ms. Kulusic has represented clients at both the B.C. Provincial and Supreme Court and has conducted trials at both court levels. She is a passionate and quick-on-her feet litigator.
Having immigrated to Canada as a child from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ms. Kulusic’s desire to become a lawyer stems from her experiences as a refugee and an immigrant, in need of help. She draws on her life experiences to emphatically connect with her clients in one of the most difficult times in their lives, to provide lasting resolutions.
In her spare time, Ms. Kulusic enjoys spending her time as a devoted mother to her baby son, exploring the outdoors with her mischievous dog Nori, reading, playing the piano and guitar, making culinary experiments in her kitchen as well hiking the mountains surrounding and outside the Lower Mainland.
Ms. Kulusic is fluent in Croatian and is learning Spanish.
