Ms. Bulatovic is a senior associate lawyer at PGS Law. She joined the firm in February 2011 after articling and working as an associate lawyer in a boutique law firm in Victoria, B.C. It is at PGS Law where Ms. Bulatovic has truly honed her skills and mastered the art of effective advocacy.
Ms. Bulatovic focuses her practice on family, child protection and adoptions. In addition, Ms. Bulatovic has represented individuals charged with: mischief, theft, robbery, assault, fraud, sexual assault, weapons possession and drug offences. Ms. Bulatovic has represented clients at both the B.C. Provincial and Supreme Court and has conducted trials at both court levels. She is a passionate and quick-on-her feet litigator.
Having immigrated to Canada as a child from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ms. Bulatovic’s desire to become a lawyer stems from her experiences as a refugee and an immigrant, in need of help. She draws on her life experiences to emphatically connect with her clients in one of the most difficult times in their lives, to provide lasting resolutions.
In her spare time, Ms. Bulatovic enjoys exploring the outdoors with her mischievous dog Nori, reading, playing the piano and guitar, making culinary experiments in her kitchen as well hiking the mountains surrounding and outside the Lower Mainland.
Ms. Bulatovic is fluent in Croatian and is learning Spanish.
