Family Mediation is a confidential, informal and solutions-oriented process. Mediation takes a non-adversarial approach, and thus is generally far less stressful than court proceedings. It can also be far less expensive.

By assisting the parties to identify and express the issues and goals most important to them, a mediator can help the parties reach an agreement which maximizes the “wins” for both sides. A mediator will not make decisions for you, but will assist you in making decisions together. Agreements reached in mediation can be crafted to meet the individual situations of the parties, and their children.

We provide a number of services to parties interested in mediation. If you are looking for a family law mediator, a Views of the Child Report, or independent legal advice, please contact our office.
